Through our Wellbeing Fund, we’ve been able to offer practical, meaningful support to customers facing financial hardship, ill health or unexpected challenges.

While preferring to remain anonymous, they’ve kindly shared their stories and experiences to highlight how this help has made a real difference to their everyday lives.

It’s been a huge relief and greatly appreciated. I now have a great mattress and bed to help with my physical ailments and helping reduce stress by helping towards food, gas and electric. Really great fund and to know your landlord is helping when they can.

They have helped me in the sense that I’m alone (and) the extra help for the energy and to get the air fryer to cook easier for me and my baby girl instead of the microwave which is not good health wise and going easy with the cooker that uses lots of energy. Being granted the vouchers from the wellbeing fund has given me and my family such a big help and such a sense of relief, especially the food vouchers. Being able to use these to go food shopping has been amazing and paying the utility voucher straight off our electric bill.
